Senior Project Manager (Agile | Salesforce Case & Care Management)

An exciting digital transformation initiative is underway to build a modern Salesforce-based Case & Care Management solution that supports critical social services. This bilingual, scalable platform will serve citizens, service providers, and internal teams, enabling seamless intake, assessments, care planning, inspections, and payments—today and into the future.

To drive this mission forward, we are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers who thrive in complex, high-impact environments and are passionate about delivering results through Agile methodologies.

Your Mission

As a Senior Project Manager, you will independently lead large-scale, high-risk, cross-functional initiatives, taking full accountability for delivery outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and risk management across the project lifecycle.

Engagement Details

• Full-time contract: 12 months (up to 260 working days) 
• Start date: On or before June 10, 2026 
• Extensions: Up to two additional 12-month terms, as required 
• Work model: Remote option available, subject to approval 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead project initiation activities including scope definition, team setup, and kickoff 
• Drive detailed planning across schedules, resources, and development activities 
• Own end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, risks, issues, and change 
• Produce clear, actionable status reporting and governance documentation 
• Translate complex business challenges into effective, user-centered solutions 
• Facilitate discovery sessions, document requirements and user stories, and organize work into Agile sprints 
• Partner with technical teams to create development-ready, well-defined user stories with clear definitions of done 
• Lead Agile ceremonies, project status meetings, and steering committee sessions 
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks 
• Ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and high quality 
• Support additional responsibilities as required in a dynamic project environment 

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading complex Agile projects from initiation to delivery 
• Strong expertise in scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management 
• Ability to bridge business, process, technology, and data perspectives 
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams 
• Experience delivering solutions on Salesforce or enterprise platforms is a strong asset 
• Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills
