We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (SBSA3) with a passion for digital health solutions and stakeholder collaboration to join a forward-thinking team shaping the future of patient care.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the province’s cutting-edge ePCR initiative — enhancing how patient care data is managed, shared, and delivered. Reporting to the Director of MyHealthNB and Community eHealth, you’ll be the bridge between technology, clinical expertise, and operational excellence.

Location & Duration

• Start Date: November 25, 2025
• Term: 1 year (with two optional 1-year extensions)
• Location: Fredericton, NB (on-site required; hybrid option may be considered after integration)

What You’ll Do

Your day will be filled with variety and purpose as you:

• Lead and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, ensuring every voice is heard.
• Design and document workflows, business processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Capture and translate high-level business requirements into functional solutions.
• Conduct gap analyses, build user stories, and create detailed activity diagrams.
• Support solution architecture development with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
• Develop training documentation, user guides, and deliver training sessions to end users.
• Support the transition from project to operations with governance documentation and tools.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts, clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, and partner organizations, ensuring alignment and seamless integration across systems. Flexibility is key — you may also contribute your expertise to other strategic initiatives as priorities evolve.
