Engagement Details

• Contract Length: 12 months (up to 260 working days) 
• Extensions: Up to two additional 12-month terms 
• Start Date: On or after June 15, 2026 
• Work Model: Remote option available (subject to approval) 
• Commitment: Full-time 

What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions. Your contributions will directly shape how services are delivered and experienced.

Key Deliverables Include:

• Business and user requirements documentation 
• Solution proposals (functional & non-functional) 
• User stories and acceptance criteria 
• Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) 
• Test cases and support during testing cycles 
• Training materials and supporting documentation 

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex digital or enterprise platforms 
• Strong expertise in Agile environments, including user stories and backlog management 
• Experience with Salesforce-based solutions 
• Excellent facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills 
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly collaborative
