Location: Victoria, BC (Hybrid – Primarily Remote)

Employment Type: Contract | 1 Opening

Contract Period: December 1, 2026 – November 30, 2027

Eligibility: Candidates must be based in British Columbia.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex IM/IT projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee project governance, change requests, issue resolution, and reporting.
• Drive technology integration, business transformation, and operational readiness.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables meet established objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing large-scale IM/IT or enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, governance, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with technology migrations, system integrations, or service transitions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with payment systems, financial technology, or public-sector projects is an asset.

This primarily remote role requires occasional on-site attendance in Victoria, approximately once per month, with additional attendance possible based on project needs. Candidates must be available to start within two weeks of the anticipated start date.
