Your Impact
As the Change & Communication Lead, you will guide the organizational transition through a major system modernization project, ensuring that people, processes, and technology evolve together.
You will lead the design and execution of change strategies that support adoption, engagement, and long-term success across multiple stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the organizational change management strategy across the project lifecycle
• Lead and maintain the Change Management & Communication Plan ensuring transparency and alignment
• Engage with project teams, business leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to support adoption of new systems
• Design and deliver targeted training programs, workshops, and support materials
• Create engaging communications, presentations, newsletters, digital resources, and stakeholder updates
• Facilitate consultations, focus groups, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Manage and maintain the project’s SharePoint collaboration environment
• Identify impacted stakeholder groups and maintain a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy
• Monitor risks, including change resistance, and develop mitigation strategies
• Track adoption through performance metrics and benefits realization dashboards
• Capture and consolidate lessons learned throughout project phases
• Align all change initiatives with the project governance and change management framework
• Coach internal teams to build sustainable change management capability within the organization
What You Bring
✔ Proven experience leading organizational change and communication strategies within large programs
✔ Strong background in stakeholder engagement and training delivery
✔ Ability to translate complex change initiatives into clear, compelling communication
✔ Experience facilitating workshops, consultations, and executive presentations
✔ Expertise with collaboration and communication tools such as SharePoint and PowerPoint
✔ Experience working in large digital transformation or SaaS implementation projects
✔ Strong analytical mindset to measure adoption, performance, and benefits realization
✔ Ability to work with diverse professional teams and leadership groups
