Solution Architect (BEA-3) – Digital Health-Help shape the future of connected healthcare.

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support the expansion of a provincial Drug Information System (DIS) and other high-impact digital health initiatives. You will help design secure, integrated solutions that improve access to accurate and timely health information for clinicians and patients.

Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick
Work Arrangement: Full-time on-site; a 60% on-site/40% remote schedule may be considered after onboarding
Contract: One year, with two optional one-year extensions
Expected Start: September 8, 2026

What You’ll Do

• Develop solution architecture for DIS expansion and digital health integrations.
• Design integrations between public health solutions, community pharmacy systems, and other healthcare applications.
• Guide project and operational teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define solution requirements, integration standards, principles, and implementation guidance.
• Review project deliverables and participate in architecture stage-gate assessments.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, healthcare partners, vendors, and technical teams throughout planning and implementation.

What You Bring

• Strong experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or systems integration.
• Proven expertise in application, data, and integration architecture.
• Experience developing architecture deliverables, standards, and implementation guides.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration engines, gateway services, registries, and clinical data repositories.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration, technical leadership, and communication skills.
• Digital health, healthcare interoperability, pharmacy systems, or public-sector experience is a strong asset.
