Senior Business Systems Analyst - Shape the Future of Early Learning & Child Care

We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in delivering a province-wide digital transformation for Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC). This initiative modernizes how programs are managed, funded, and accessed—putting parents, educators, operators, and administrators at the center of a smart, integrated digital ecosystem.

Engagement Details

• Start Date: February 9, 2026
• End Date: March 31, 2027
• Duration: Up to 287 working days
• Extension: Optional 1-year renewal (up to 254 working days, April 2027–March 2028)
• Work Model: Telework available with approval
• Onsite Requirement: Ability to attend meetings in Fredericton with 24 hours’ notice (as needed)

You’ll help deliver and enhance a multi-portal platform that includes:

Operator Portal
A centralized system for licensed child care operators—streamlining reporting, funding, and program administration with transparency and accuracy.

Parent Portal
A secure, user-friendly gateway where families can access and manage child care services in one place.

Educator Portal
A dedicated space for educators to view credentials, qualifications, and wage support payment history.

Administration Portal
A powerful back-office platform enabling staff to support parents, educators, and operators while ensuring smooth service delivery.
