QA Lead – Digital Transformation (Remote Option)

A large-scale digital transformation is redefining how essential social services are delivered making them simpler, smarter, and more accessible. To support this mission, we’re looking for a QA Lead who thrives at the intersection of technology, leadership, and quality excellence.

 

The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of a modern, cloud-first ecosystem built on Salesforce, supporting end-to-end digital service delivery—from applications and assessments to care plans and outcomes reporting.

As QA Lead, you won’t just test software you’ll set the quality vision, influence delivery standards, and ensure reliable, citizen-focused digital solutions.

 

Engagement Details

  • Type: Full-time contract 
  • Initial Term: 1 year 
  • Extensions: Up to two (2) additional one-year renewals 
  • Start Date: On or before May 19, 2026 (earlier start preferred) 
  • Work Model: Remote option available for the full engagement 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead QA strategy across a complex, enterprise-scale platform 
  • Design, execute, and oversee manual & automated test cases
  • Own defect management and quality metrics 
  • Partner closely with developers, business stakeholders, and support teams 
  • Drive early defect detection through requirement and design reviews 
  • Establish QA best practices and mentor QA team members 
  • Champion stability, performance, and continuous improvement 

 

What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading QA in digital or cloud-based environments 
  • Strong hands-on expertise in test planning, automation, and execution 
  • Experience working in Agile / DevOps teams 
  • Confidence influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders 
  • A quality-first mindset with a passion for scalable, reliable systems
