Project Manager  (Digital Assets )-Driving Provincial-Scale Digital Health Transformation

A major provincial healthcare transformation is underway—transitioning from fragmented clinical systems to a single, standardized Clinical Information Solution (CIS) that will redefine how care is delivered, accessed, and governed.

 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Digital Assets to provide strategic leadership across high-impact digital health initiatives. This role is central to aligning critical provincial digital assets with a modern CIS platform, ensuring clinical, operational, and data governance priorities are achieved at scale.

 

Role Overview

Reporting into a multi-stream transformation program, the Project Manager will lead complex digital initiatives that support enterprise-wide clinical integration, workflow standardization, and optimized access to health information. This role requires strong executive presence, governance discipline, and the ability to deliver within a highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environment.

 

Engagement Details

  • Contract Term: 2 years, with an optional 1-year extension 
  • Start Date: May 18, 2026 (or earlier) 
  • Work Model: Remote 
  • Travel: Monthly travel within New Brunswick required

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide leadership across the full project lifecycle—from initiation through activation and post-go-live stabilization 
  • Ensure alignment of digital asset initiatives with broader program objectives, dependencies, and governance structures 
  • Drive clinical workflow enablement through effective system integration and information access 
  • Oversee enterprise-level planning, resourcing, risk, and issue management 
  • Lead conformance, validation, and testing activities in preparation for clinical deployment 
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders
