Role Details

  • Position: Program Governance Manager
  • Duration: Full-time, 2 years (with potential renewals)
  • Start Date: November 3, 2025 (or earlier)
  • Location: Remote (with monthly travel to New Brunswick)

 

What You’ll Do

As the Program Governance Manager, you’ll be the guiding force ensuring consistency, transparency, and coordination across multiple workstreams.
You will:

  • Champion and maintain the program’s governance framework, ensuring compliance and excellence across all committees and working groups.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to Governance Coordinators and support staff.
  • Drive high-quality documentation — from Terms of Reference to decision logs — that keeps leadership aligned and informed.
  • Oversee governance cycles, risk tracking, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless integration across clinical, technical, and project domains.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of governance reports, decisions, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate closely with program leads to harmonize governance tools, data, and processes across platforms such as JIRA and shared drives.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing or leading governance frameworks within large-scale programs or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong background in project management, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a passion for structure and clarity.
  • Familiarity with governance tools (e.g., JIRA) and documentation standards.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build bridges across diverse teams — from clinical experts to IT leaders.
