We are seeking an experienced RBAC / Identity & Access Management Lead with strong clinical environment expertise to support IAM readiness for a major CIS implementation. This role is central to ensuring a secure, reliable, and clinically aligned access model for go-live and long-term operations.

Contract Details

• Full-time engagement
• Initial term: 2 years
• Optional extensions: Two (2) additional one-year renewal periods
• Start date: March 23, 2026 (or earlier if available)

 What You’ll Be Doing

As the IAM Lead, you will work at the intersection of technology, clinical practice, security, and operations, driving IAM strategy and execution across multiple partner organizations.

 What You Bring

• Strong experience leading IAM and RBAC initiatives in clinical or healthcare settings
• Proven ability to collaborate with clinicians, technical teams, and executives
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and security controls
• Experience working on large-scale, multi-stakeholder transformation programs

• Excellent facilitation, documentation, and leadership skills
