What You’ll Do

As the Business Analyst, you will lead discovery, analysis, and recommendation efforts that inform a multi-year modernization and IMT strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Analyze and map end-to-end service delivery processes with a focus on manual workflows
• Identify modernization opportunities through process re-engineering, digitization, automation, and AI
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to assess efficiency, quality, and improvement potential
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including operations, technology, data, privacy, and cybersecurity teams
• Develop executive-level reports, insights, and a phased modernization roadmap
• Support high-level change management to enable successful adoption
