Are you passionate about structure, precision, and collaboration? Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, process, and people? If yes - this opportunity is for you!

We’re looking for an experienced Governance Coordinator to join a high-impact transformation program that’s reshaping the way systems work - improving outcomes, driving accountability, and ensuring every decision counts.

As a Governance Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the program’s success - ensuring that governance frameworks are not just followed, but elevated. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, streamline decision-making, and uphold the integrity of processes that guide strategic program delivery.

Contract Details:

  • Full-time engagement: 2 years (with potential for renewal)
  • Start date: November 3rd, 2025 (or earlier)
  • Location: Remote, with monthly on-site collaboration in New Brunswick

What You’ll Do:

  • Champion governance excellence — maintain consistent standards, frameworks, and documentation.
  • Coordinate across clinical, project, and informatics teams to ensure unified governance practices.
  • Manage meeting logistics, track key decisions and actions, and ensure transparency across all workstreams.
  • Keep governance documentation current — Terms of Reference, membership records, SOPs, and workflows.
  • Deliver insightful governance reports — from attendance tracking to decision dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Support the seamless use of governance tools and platforms such as JIRA and shared repositories.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

  • Be part of a transformative, multi-year program that’s making a real difference.
  • Collaborate with visionary leaders, project managers, and governance experts.
  • Work remotely from anywhere in Canada, with monthly travel to beautiful New Brunswick.
  • Contribute to a culture that values precision, transparency, and teamwork.

The Ideal You:

You’re detail-oriented, organized, and a natural communicator. You understand the value of process discipline and thrive on ensuring everyone stays aligned and informed. Experience in governance coordination, project support, or transformation programs will help you excel in this role.

If you’re ready to bring structure to strategy and make governance work smarter, we’d love to hear from you.
