Full Stack Developer – Digital Transformation

Remote within Canada | Multiple Contract Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to support high-impact public-sector digital transformation projects. You will work within a cross-functional Agile team to design and deliver modern, accessible, and user-centred digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in research, discovery, and user interviews.
• Lead technical discovery and prepare solution designs and documentation.
• Develop, test, deploy, and enhance full-stack applications.
• Identify and resolve functional and non-functional defects.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Improve code quality, reusable components, development tools, and technical practices.
• Support application launches, ongoing development, and team onboarding.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery activities.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong professional experience in full-stack development.
• Experience working within Agile product-delivery teams.
• Knowledge of solution design, testing, deployment, and application support.
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with user-centred design or public-sector digital transformation is an asset.

Contract Details

• Term: November 2, 2026–November 1, 2027
• Extension: Up to 24 months
• Schedule: Full-time, 7.25 hours per day
• Location: Primarily remote within Canada
• Hours: 8:15 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Alberta time
• Occasional travel or on-site meetings in Edmonton may be required.
