IRENYS Inc. is seeking an experienced Bilingual Director of Clinical Informatics (BA3) to lead clinical informatics strategy and delivery for a major healthcare transformation initiative in New Brunswick.

We're looking for a leader who can bridge clinical practice, digital technology, and strategic decision-making  turning complex healthcare challenges into connected, safer, and more effective care delivery.

The Opportunity

• Location: Remote (Monthly travel to New Brunswick required)
• Language: English & French – Mandatory
• Type: Full-Time Contract | 2 Years + 1-Year Extension Option
• Start: November 2, 2026 (or earlier)

What You'll Drive

• Clinical Informatics Strategy: Shape governance, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Clinical Workflow Transformation: Standardize and optimize workflows across healthcare environments.
• Clinical Leadership & Engagement: Collaborate with CCIOs, CNIOs, physicians, nursing leaders, and multidisciplinary teams.
• CIS/EHR Implementation: Align clinical requirements with technical design, testing, and deployment.
• Patient Safety & Adoption: Champion clinical quality, go-live readiness, stabilization, and sustained adoption.
• Capability Development: Mentor teams, transfer knowledge, and establish long-term informatics capabilities.

What Makes You a Strong Fit?

• Proven leadership in Clinical Informatics, Digital Health, or large-scale CIS/EHR transformation.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare governance, and clinical system implementation.
• Experience engaging senior clinical stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional fluency in both English and French .
