Join our team as a Cyber Security Risk Analyst! 

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic candidate to take on the position of Cyber Security Risk Analyst on a full-time basis for a period of One (1) year with three (3) one-year optional renewal periods, commencing Feb 26, 2024 or sooner if you're ready to dive in!

We need someone who can not only meet but exceed the experience criteria laid out in the requisites below. We're counting on you to bring your expertise to the table and illuminate our path to greatness.

Relevant Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of six  (6) or more years of demonstrated experience as a senior cyber security analyst. The referenced experience must have been obtained in the last ten (10) years.

Cyber security specialization must demonstrate proficiencies in:

o            Risk Management

o            Cyber security program development and compliance

o            Risk Assessment

Resource must meet the following competencies:

o            Knowledge and understanding of risk management principles, concepts, practices and tools

o            Experience managing risk catalogs and performing risk management activities

o            Experience in negotiating, mediating, and facilitating discussions with key stakeholders to achieve consensus

o            Proven experience in data analysis

o            Problem solving, and communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

o            Aptitude to learn new tools and concepts quickly and apply to tasks at hand

o            Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Resource must meet the following competencies:
  o    Knowledge and understanding of risk management principles, concepts, standards practices and tools
  o    Experience managing risk catalogs and performing risk assessments
  o    Experience in negotiating, mediating, and facilitating discussions with key stakeholders to achieve consensus
  o    Proven experience in data analysis

• Demonstrated experience managing risk and working with stakeholders to submit and update risk information.    4 Years
• Demonstrated experience reviewing compliance of a cyber security program.     2 Years
• Demonstrated experience performing risk assessment.   2 years
• Demonstrated experience working on projects in the public sector.      2 Years
• Demonstrated experience working successfully within multi-platform / cross functional teams.    2 Years
• Communication skills (written and/or oral) in French would be a benefit.
