Clinical Adoption Lead (BA3)- Shaping the Future of Digital Healthcare

Healthcare in New Brunswick is entering a pivotal new chapter. A province-wide transformation is underway moving from fragmented hospital systems to a single, unified Clinical Information Solution (CIS). This initiative is redefining how care is delivered, documented, and shared, with a strong emphasis on clinical standardization, patient safety, and responsible health data use.

To help bring this vision to life, we are seeking an experienced and driven Clinical Adoption Lead—a change champion who thrives at the intersection of clinical practice, digital systems, and people-focused transformation.

 The Opportunity

As the Clinical Adoption Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful rollout and sustained adoption of the CIS across the province. Your mission: empower frontline clinicians to confidently adopt standardized clinical workflows, tools, and content—consistently, safely, and efficiently.

You’ll work closely with clinical leaders, subject matter experts, and implementation teams, translating system design into real-world bedside practice. Your insight will directly shape how clinicians experience, use, and trust the CIS.

Engagement Details

  • Duration: Full-time contract for 2 years, with one optional 1-year renewal
  • Start Date: May 18, 2026 (or earlier, if available)
  • End Date: May 17, 2028
  • Work Model: Remote
  • Travel Requirement: Ability to travel to New Brunswick at least once per month

What You’ll Do

With support from Clinical Team Leads, SMEs, and Project Managers, you will:

  • Lead bilingual (English/French) clinical engagement initiatives, including presentations, workflow walkthroughs, and feedback sessions with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, and allied health professionals
  • Support the deployment of standardized clinical content (order sets, documentation templates, care protocols), ensuring usability at the point of care through clinical validation
  • Develop and maintain adoption tools such as training materials, quick reference guides, job aids, communication content, and FAQs
  • Conduct readiness and change impact assessments across people, processes, and workflows; identify adoption risks and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Support go-live and post–go-live stabilization, coordinating the triage, tracking, and resolution of adoption issues and optimization opportunities
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clinical and operational leaders to promote consistent, province-wide clinical standards within the CIS

Key Deliverables

To successfully complete the engagement, you will:

  • Review existing CIS adoption materials and site readiness data
  • Collaborate with clinical SMEs and operational leaders to identify workflow impacts and adoption barriers
  • Plan and facilitate bilingual adoption and readiness sessions
  • Create and maintain adoption and training deliverables
  • Maintain adoption risk and issue logs, recommending and monitoring mitigation actions
  • Support validation, go-live, and stabilization activities
  • Provide regular status updates on engagement, readiness, issues, and optimization opportunities

Who You Are

You are a collaborative leader with strong clinical insight, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for change management. You understand how digital systems transform care delivery—and you know that adoption succeeds when clinicians are heard, prepared, and supported.

If you’re ready to help shape a modern, standardized, and connected healthcare system—this is your moment.
