Clinical Business Analyst – Business Intelligence- Turn healthcare data into better decisions.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Business Analyst – Business Intelligence to support a major provincial Clinical Information Solution (CIS) transformation in New Brunswick.

In this high-impact role, you will connect clinical, operational, business, and technical teams—transforming complex needs into clear data requirements, meaningful performance measures, and effective BI solutions.

Work Schedule: Full-time
Contract: Two years, with two optional one-year extensions
Expected Start: September 28, 2026, or earlier
Contract End: September 27, 2028

What You’ll Do

• Document current- and future-state workflows, data sources, and reporting processes.
• Gather, refine, and validate requirements for BI tools, reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, data definitions, and user stories.
• Facilitate sessions with clinical, operational, technical, and administrative stakeholders.
• Support the definition of objectives and key results (OKRs), metrics, and performance indicators.
• Lead quality assurance activities, including unit testing and user acceptance testing.

What You Bring

• Strong experience in clinical or healthcare business analysis and Business Intelligence.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Experience with workflow mapping, data analysis, reporting requirements, and data definitions.
• Knowledge of BI dashboards, metrics, OKRs, KPIs, testing, and data visualization.
• Excellent workshop facilitation, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with digital health, clinical information systems, healthcare data, or large-scale transformation initiatives is strongly preferred.
