Engagement Details

• Engagement Type: Full-time contract 
• Duration: Up to 250 days (7.25 hours/day) 
• Start Date: On or after August 3, 2026 
• Location: Remote-friendly, with occasional onsite presence in Fredericton as required for stakeholder engagement

• Pre-Application Frameworks
  Secure, scalable architecture designed for future enhancements. 
• Client Portal & Registration
  Self-serve, user-friendly, and secure experiences that put clients in control. 
• Smart Notifications
  Digital communication that improves engagement while reducing reliance on paper-based processes. 
• Enhanced Online Applications
  Improved interfaces, smarter validation, and cleaner data—reducing processing time and errors. 
• Data Migration
  Ensuring historical records are available, accurate, and accessible. 
• Online Institution Services
  Secure digital submission of academic information to reduce turnaround time and manual entry. 
• Automated Administration Tools
  Reporting, surveys, configurable forms, and troubleshooting—all built in. 

Together, these capabilities will enable students to complete the entire application journey online, faster and with confidence.

Your Role

As the Business Analyst, you will:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements 
• Translate client and stakeholder needs into clear solution designs 
• Support integration with existing internal systems 
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and subject-matter experts  
• Ensure solutions enhance user experience, efficiency, and data integrity 

You’ll report to a Business Applications Manager and work within a collaborative, experienced delivery team.
