What You’ll Do

• Lead bilingual (English & French) project communications, meetings, and documentation.
• Deliver all phases of the project — from scope and planning to launch and performance tracking.
• Oversee project delivery across teams: manage schedules, risks, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
• Design effective solutions that align people, processes, and data for better client outcomes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into development-ready user stories.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and project governance meetings with precision and purpose.

• Proactively identify challenges, mitigate risks, and keep progress on track.

   

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading complex IT or Salesforce projects in bilingual (EN/FR) environments.
• Strong project management expertise — scope, cost, risk, and change management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in both English and French.
• A passion for innovation, efficiency, and collaboration.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
