Business Analyst – Business Intelligence

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Business Intelligence to support a major Clinical Information Solution (CIS) transformation in New Brunswick.

In this strategic role, you will connect business, clinical, operational, and technical teams—turning complex stakeholder needs into clear requirements, trusted metrics, and effective BI solutions that support better healthcare decisions.

Location: Remote, with travel to New Brunswick at least once per month
Contract: Two years, with two optional one-year extensions
Expected Start: September 28, 2026, or earlier
Work Schedule: Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions.
• Document current- and future-state workflows, data sources, and reporting processes.
• Gather, refine, and validate requirements for BI tools, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, data definitions, and user stories.
• Support collaboration and decision-making across multiple healthcare organizations.
• Define and document OKRs, metrics, and performance indicators.
• Lead quality assurance activities, including unit and user acceptance testing.

What You Bring

• Strong Business Analysis experience within BI, data, reporting, or analytics initiatives.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, workflow mapping, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Experience defining data requirements, metrics, OKRs, and KPIs.
• Proven stakeholder facilitation and consensus-building skills.
• Experience supporting testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Healthcare, digital health, CIS, or public-sector transformation experience is a strong asset.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
