The Opportunity

IRENYS Inc. is seeking experienced Access Management Specialists (BA3) to support a major healthcare digital transformation initiative.

You'll help shape secure, efficient, and scalable access management frameworks for a next-generation Clinical Information System (CIS), connecting clinical workflows, identity governance, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

What You'll Do

• Design Smarter Access: Develop RBAC frameworks, role catalogues, access matrices, and least-privilege models.
• Translate Clinical Needs: Gather requirements, lead workshops, and map clinical workflows into access and security requirements.
• Strengthen Governance: Support access approvals, provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, auditing, and emergency access processes.
• Analyze & Optimize: Conduct role mining, user population analysis, entitlement assessments, and access risk evaluations.
• Support Implementation: Coordinate CIS access configuration, validation, UAT, go-live readiness, and operational transition.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), RBAC, access governance, and role engineering.
• Experience with CIS, EMR, or EHR implementations in healthcare environments.
• Understanding of privacy compliance, segregation of duties, access auditing, and clinical workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; French is an asset.
