Lead our team to new heights and unlock your potential in a dynamic, impactful role with us! We’re searching for an experienced Marketing/Communications pro to join our team. The successful candidate(s) will be required on a full-time basis commencing on or about September 3, 2024, for a period of one (1) year (259 working days).

The candidate should be able to demonstrate, at minimum, the identified experience in the requirements mentioned below.

Relevant Experience Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor of Communications, or related education.      
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Change Communications Specialist or Communications/Marketing Specialist in medium to large complex transformation projects.
  • Medium to large complex projects are those that:

    •           Cross multiple business units and / or stakeholder groups.

    •           Involve multiple direct project participants.

    •           Operate for an extended period (i.e. more than 9 months). 

  • including work such as: analyzing and evaluating the impact of change on the organization, types of content creation used, size and types of stakeholder pools targeted and engaged, and developing documentation and training materials.         5 years
  • Must have highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and team members.
  • Must be available a minimum of 50% of time for on-site work in Fredericton, NB.
  • Be a permanent resident of Canada for a minimum of 10 years and be able to acquire a Government of Canada Security Clearance. (Forms will be provided by the Department upon hire).
  • Note: Without 10-year residency the process for receiving a security clearance would be too long to support the tight project timelines and requirements of this engagement.
  • Experience in a Change Communication role for projects of significant complexity. 5+ years
  • Experience in creating and executing effective marketing and/or change management methodologies/strategies.5+ years
  • Experience in the development of promotional materials to spread brand awareness in support of changes brought about by a new program and/or initiative.          5+ years
  • Experience in analysing change impacts to an organization’s business processes and technology solutions and using this information effectively.            5+ years
  • Experience engaging various stakeholders in the development of communication content. 5+ years
  • Experience working in complex, multi-year, projects with dynamic stakeholder groups including how and what methodologies and tools were used to communicate change.    5+ years
  • Adaptability and flexibility in changing environments, including ability to adjust style and approach to meet the needs of the client or organization.  5+ years
  • Critical thinking and ability to work effectively through problems to find solutions.          5+ years
  • Experience using M365 suite.    2+ years
  • Experience using Canva, Visio or other relevant programs used in content creation.           2+ years
  • Experience working within projects involving personal or confidential data-experience with regulatory/policy requirements concerning the protection of personal or confidential information.      2+ years
  • Experience with projects and operations work related to public safety. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the 9-1-1 and Emergency Services domains in a Canadian context.       1+ year
